If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date. We will refund your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.
If you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you are responsible for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Guests have 24-hour access to the Hospitality Station. It is stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa, spring water, and various bath products.
Puzzles, games and books are available for indoor use.
Bean bag, bocce, badminton, ping pong, and croquet games are available to set up on the grounds.
Maps and other reference materials describing hiking, canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, and other local activities are available.
Oldenburg House encourages its guests to enjoy the grounds.
Check with us for yard games, fire-pits and firewood. We also have maps and current information about activities taking place in our region.
Our zero waste management practices include source reduction, materials reuse, recycling, and composting to divert as much waste as possible from landfills.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Lotus Belle Tent Policies
The tent is available May 15 through October 15 annually.
A small cart will help you get your gear to the tent. Our garage can be used to lock up bikes and other equipment. Our parking lot is available for your vehicle.
Amenities include wifi, electric service, soft lighting, a refrigerator and washing station with running water in the tent. A picnic table is provided nearby.
The tent also contains battery-operated candles. Smoking and conventional candles are not allowed in the tent. A box fan, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit are provided. A space heater is also available if needed on cooler nights.
The queen-size futon is made up with sheets, pillows and blankets. Towels are provided.
A nearby executive portable restroom includes running water and lights. A firepit and firewood is a few steps from the tent.
Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits and are weather/wind dependent. We provide wood.
Food cannot be held or consumed in the tent due to wildlife.
No visits, parties or events with unregistered visitors are allowed on the grounds or in the tent.
