the Present Day

A pair of Blue Jays, a Nuthatch or two and a swarm of Black Capped Chickadees at the feeder this morning.  The photo of the deer at the feeder (taken from inside the house) was from early this winter - thought to include it here to illustrate it is not all about the birds. The photo from the back porch shows our trail to Munger that has disappeared many times this winter and currently exists atop four feet of snow.
